I'm about 8 days into cutting caffeine. I experienced the normal like fatigue and headaches and mood swings, but I want to know if some of these symptoms are normal. Right now my lymph nodes are swollen and painful, but my sore throat is gone. Also, lower abdominal pain to the right of my body, urination is also pretty yellow. I'm going to assume that with my water intake and all the vitamins I just started taking out of the blue caused my body to act like it was sick.
I'm just spitting here and these are what I am thinking, correct me if I'm wrong. The urination is because of my intake of water increasing and going full cold turkey on caffeine along with vitamins I am taking that are vitamin C, D3, zinc, and elderberry immune support gummies. Side note, I do have Epstein-Barr Virus, so any form of sickness causes a really bad sore throat and swollen lymph nodes. Right now, though, I have no sore throat and just swollen and sore lymph nodes. My abdominal pain, I assume, also has to do with my detox as well, going full cold turkey and becoming healthy suddenly. I'm just looking for answers on if all of this is normal.
