Does it count as a relapse if I consume chocolate once a week or so?
Post Body

I was consuming 1-2 cups a day plus espresso martinis on the weekends before going cold turkey from caffeine and alcohol at the start of the new year.

This subreddit has been informative about bringing awareness to chocolate having some caffeine content. Finally this week I have felt more energy and the fog beginning to clear. Sleep has improved tremendously the first week of quitting caffeine.

I guess my question is does me eating chocolate as a sweet treat(I can tell my sugar cravings have increased from no alcohol) break my caffeine streak? I haven't noticed it affecting my sleep or giving me increased energy so I'm just curious what your thoughts are. Thank you in advance!
