I’ll be heading to grad school in August, and will have paid off my high debt on my Discover card by then (9,000 @28%) but have a 0% offer ending on a Capital One card in September. To give myself more time to pay it off while in school with a part time job, I wanna transfer the CapOne balance ($4539) to my Discover card since it has balance transfer offers and i don’t wanna open another card just for a transfer and hit my credit. Which balance offer is best?
