I've been getting horrible FPS on DayZ Epoch and before actually making this post I've been trying an awful lot of things to try and improve my FPS but it's just stuck at 10-20 FPS and it seems like not one option actually changes anything.

The options I have tried are:

• Tweak arma configuration notepad.

• Disable several video settings suggested on forums/youtube

• Install Arma on an SSD drive

• Update Video Driver

• Tweak AMD catalyst settings

My system specifications are as follows:

• AMD Phenom II x4 955 3.2 GHZ

• 8 GB RAM 1600 MHZ

• AMD Radeon HD 5850

• Samsung 128 GB SSD

• Windows 7 Home

Now I know DayZ is really CPU intensive but I don't believe my processor is that bad I should be getting 10-20 FPS, although I can be completely wrong here, seeing as how my Processor is like 4 years old.

I would like to know if there is anything left I could try to get like 30-35 FPS or if the only solution is to get a better CPU.
