I’m struggling to get matches

Getting a date is the goal but I’m struggling to get matches. I get that dudes have a harder time getting matches but I’ve had no luck. I’m lucky if I get a match once weekly and they never talk for long.

I don’t know what I’m doing wrong, my profile is pretty generic (a few selfies, some other pics showing my interests, and one of my cat). Long story short I’m not boring, but I feel like I’m doing something wrong based on the lack matches. Maybe I’m bad at talking to women, I really don’t know. I’m at a loss.
