So when looking through female dating profiles there is a fair amount of filtered/angled/glamored photos. To the point that you might not even recognize said person in real life. I get that some older folks might have photos of themselves from years ago and that's a thing. But I'm more referring to the recent photo that has been altered to the point that it's practically unrecognizable. My question is, do men do this as well? I don't sift through male profiles and it occurred to me that if male profiles that are garnering a lot of attention are using those techniques then I'm putting myself at a extreme disadvantage. So rather than sift through a bunch of profiles that will likely just annoy me, I thought I'd just ask the ladies who sift. Thanks ahead of time for your thoughts.
TLDR; Do many men in OLD pics magic their photos and does it work? Am I doing myself a disservice by not applying a small level of pic magic?
