I was doing some personal inventory and had a thought to share concerning mine own relationship issues over the years. I've lurked this subreddit and over time I've seen a few posts concerning loneliness, introversion, and relationship troubles and the like. Just my two cents on one potential cause: Want peeps to know you, the real you? Open your life. How? Love your life. How? Identify the things you don't like about your life (the things you hide and/or that keep you from opening your life completely, keep asking yourself why). Fix those aspects to your personal satisfaction. Do that as many times as it takes and keep working at it. One feeds the other. Then you slowly create within your own life the ability to open your life to your chosen people. I kind of use this general thought process to give me a blueprint of sorts to "sweep" my life the way I would sweep a floor. Keeps unwanted things from building up. Things that aren't always easy to see if you aren't looking for them. I don't expect that this will make sense to everyone but if it helps one person out there who feels like they lost the instruction manual....
