Although it can seem very apparent, it's really lovely to meet someone who contacts or calls you first. and desires to spend time with you. I don't like to be the one that always tries to start a date. A simple "want to hang out?" from a girl, followed by some real quality time spent together without feeling compelled to part ways.

I'm not sure. As a guy, I've noticed that I'm frequently the one to approach someone if they want to hang together. Not usually, but I believe it happens a lot. Furthermore, it's flattering when someone else shows an interest in you.

As a child or teenager, do you remember any specific instances when you were blown off or found yourself all alone somewhere? Idk? I just know that it brings out the best in me and makes me feel so happy when someone shows an interest in talking to or seeing me.
