How to stop being so overly critical of myself after a date?
Post Body
I keep putting myself in this cycle. Right after a date ends, I immediately look at what I might have done/said wrong instead of what went right. For example, I'm beating myself up for laughing too much (nerves) and not asking her enough questions about herself. And THEN, sometimes, I immeditly seek self validation... hours later I'll text her and say something like "I had a great time" just to elicit a response.
What do I do here? How do I break this cycle and build more self confidence?
