My date literally wouldn't stop talking

So I met this girl from Match. Online, she was very quiet. One or two sentences, sometimes few words. I got the impression she wasn't interested. But hey, she said yes to a date.
So we went to Starbucks. And the minute she sat down... she would not stop talking. She talked about EVERYTHING and I simply could not get a word in! It was kind of funny, in hindsight. But I felt like she didn't even get to know me. It was quite odd.
Anyone had a similar experience?
