27M. My first and only gf ended it with me in December 2021 and I'm still wrecked from it. I honestly haven't felt anything but negative feelings since. I haven't spoken to someone my age (not including my roommate) in a long time let alone had something as simple as a handshake in a while either. I live an hour from the nearest big town and nearly every Saturday evening I'll venture out and walk around downtown or go to a club. Really hate seeing people my age out having fun and I'm so cut off from it. Also sucks seeing people I'm interested in and knowing I can't do anything about it. I'm just ready for a bus to hit me I feel like crap.
