Spongebobronpa Chapter 2: Grief, Friends, Death

So, after the first kill and everyone gets to fill their stomachs we see all people being down in morale due to the execution and Krabs' death and while Plankton does a dark joke with Squidward about at least getting a good thing off the trial and that was getting rid of Bubble Bass, Sandy says what everyone is thinking and that is while they may have gotten ridden of an evil, there's still another one in him.

The first half of daily life is about everyone trying to comfort Pearl after her dad's death either by inviting her to play with them (in Spongebob and Patrick's case) or trying to talk it through with them like Sandy and Dr Gill try to but fail to do any work with this...that is till Plankton and Karen approach Pearl who is crying on her room and convince her to kill to escape since that's what her father would have wanted her to do: be safe no matter what and this plus Pearl not thinking straight because of the sadness makes her decide to follow in Plankton's plan. However Plankton then tells her to wait a few days so when it happens no one suspects him and Karen talking to her and Pearl just nods while having a serious, ruined and determined face which shows she is in for this.

Moving on from here we have the second half of daily life which is Pearl pretending to be happy and all or at least as happy as she can be to throw off people and to her credit she does achieve that barring two people: Sandy and Dr Gill. Dr Gill tries to say that Pearl is faling it but after how she acts when acused Dr Gill is forced to sit down by everyone else (including Sandy who tells him after everyone leaves that she is with him and will try to play Pearl's game to stop her from doing whatever she's up to with that fake attitude) and then MonoRay comes in and tells everyone that they have recieved motive videos about their close ones and albeit some react shocked (the majority) there are 4 cases that are notorious: Sandy is frozen is place but legit is frozen, scared and shocked albeit she regains her coolness afterwards, Pearl just is silent because she has nothing left to lose and Patrick and Fred are sad because they have no family albeit Fred is more on the depressed side since Patrick has his friends while he doesn't have any.

The day after the motive is announced, we get to see a pretty nice scene between Sandy, Gary, Spongebob and Patrick with the two latter fishing jellyfishes and Sandy taking care of Gary while the boys are doing their thing and even talks to him in a bit of a scary tone with her asking him "what would you do if your family was in risk?" and Gary just meowing to which Sandy snorts laughing it off and saying that she was stupid to even think of doing it. After the boys return from jellyfishing, Pearl arrives and asks if she could sleep with him just in case of protection since last time thay saved Patrick from being a blackened and Spongebob happily accepts. However, this earns a suspicious glare from Sandy who is thinking about what Pearl is up to faking being better and specially with the motive off. On another place we see Fred just agreeing to Plankton's plan of helping Pearl kill someone albeit he is told he'll be the victim and being as sad as he is, Fred accepts.

The next day (which would be Day 4 of CH2): We see a body being discovered in Spongebob's house...........................GARY's body cut in half and within a mess and Spongebob laying down unconscious on his bedroom!

This causes a POV switch to Sandy's POV since Spongebob won't recover in time to be useful for the trial but will be useful at the trial itself.

The trial kicks off with Plankton accusing Fred and explaining the deal they made about killing Spongebob which instantly earns him a glare of anger from everyone SPECIALLY Sandy and Patrick. However as the time goes on, Fred manages to explain that he got lied to by Plankton who told him he'd be the victim! And when asked why he'd do it, he'd explain that his life is worth nothing since no one remembers him behind being the "my leg" dude and that he has no one to wait for him which settles down the fury that everyone haf shared on Fred and Plankton and move it 100% towards the latter barring Sandy and Patrick who are still angry at Fred until Spongebob (who recovers in time for the trial) tells them to settle down since Fred was a poor victim in all of this and was just used by Plankton and they do settle down albeit still angry at Fred. After Fred is cleared of suspicion he piints at Pearl saying she was the one who did the deed snce she was in cahoots with Plankton and Karen and was supposed to kill him which instantly draws the suspicion to her after Sandy and Dr Gill pull up that Pearl had recovered too quickly from her father's death to be realistic and everyone decides to agree considering that she had accepted to be in Plankton's plan and to kill Spongebob out of everyone. However here Sandy tries to redirect the conversation for some reason which makes everyone do a double take since they're all like "let's vote her off" till Sandy brings up that Gary is the victim and not Spongebob and that why did the killer choose to kill. This is when Pearl grins and says that she knows why it happened: It was because she used him as a protection for the true killer's attack!. And that there's only one person who could have done it since they'd have to have suspected her AND have known she was gonna be in Spongebob's house: SANDY!. This makes everyone do shocked reactions specially Patrick and Spongebob who refuse to belueve Sandy would have killed Gary and this is when the trial gets really sad since Sandy has to explain to them step by step how she indeed was with them when Pearl asked to be in Spongebob's room and that the reason the whole place was a mess it was because of her fighting with Pearl all over the place trying to stop her and eventually managing to run her off albeit after she had sliced Gary in half when she used him to defend herself from an attack of hers.

The post trial is sad because of Spongebob and Patrick blaming themselves for not seeing it happening and stopping Pearl before this whole mess happenign before Sandy screams to them to get them to stop and straighten up before telling them that while she can't go on with them they shall not stop moving forward to try and stop this killing game and towards Pearl and Plankton she tells them that no matter what they try her friends will live and that they better watch their backs unless they want to lose their own. And after one final hug between the three Sandy waves off and goes voluntarily towards her execution thus showing she was gonna pay up for her responsabilities willingly.

After her execution (which is being trampled by bulls before having acid drop on her), we basically see Spongebob and Patrick dragging themselves out of the trial and into their beds and two POVs where we see someone saying "i've got to stop them, no matter the cost" and then Plankton and Karen telling Pearl that while she might have screwed up, this ain't over yet and she still has a chance at killing Spongebob albeit it will be harder to do this time and him and Pearl laugh while Karen just smiles to end the chapter.
