Weekly Competition

I hope everyone's having a good autumn/fall (or spring, if you're from the southern hemisphere!). I've been a little busy, sidetracked, finally spending some more time on compiling Hearthphone which is TOTALLY coming folks I swear- but I'm still glad I get to host these.

This round will last the usual amount of time, and I'll try to wrap it up on Monday again to give you ample time. That said, the one submission per designer rule is in effect again, given the narrow window.

If you're starved for design competitions, though, make sure to join the Discord and check out the #discord-comps channel, as a big, multiple-round comp themed about cooking is being run! We're currently still on round one, so I'm sure nobody will mind you hopping on a bit late.

Prompts

Your prompt this week is a spell that doesn't fully resolve the turn it is played. This includes Secrets, Sigils, Auras, "rest of the game" effects and such. Spells that generate tokens that you can play later DO NOT count, nor do those that'd shuffle them into your deck. This prompt has been brought to you by /u/menovat.

The secondary prompt is best Showdown in the Badlands flavor. We probably had this one before, but I think of it as a way to make up for the low amount of Badlands-specific rounds.
