Quick question - why a separate conditioner for co-washing?

Post Body

Please forgive me if this is a silly question!

I've seen a lot of people using one conditioner for co-washing and one for regular conditioning. What are the benefits of doing things this way? Is there any reason I shouldn't use the same conditioner for the whole process? I've been CG for some time now and have always wondered.
