Cubase only detecting 2 input ports on my Zoom R16...

So I just changed computer for recording and my Zoom R16 has been working flawlessly for years. On the Cubase "Vst connexions" menu it only seems to be recognising 2 of the input ports; thus only giving me a 2x Mono, or 1x Stereo option instead of my usual 8x Mono. Also for the choices available only input 1 and 2 are detected. Anyone got any ideas about what could be causing this? TIA!
