Can I not graduate?

I completed all things on my TDA and after finishing up my final Summer Course ISDS 415 and the grades being posted on the TDA, I see this.
Was I supposed to take other upper division courses unrelated to my major and minor? Why the heck would I have to do that? The Grad specialist told me that I should be complete after i finish my summer course. Im scheduled to graduate in the Summer term of 2023 this year. Can I not graduate on time now because of this??
