Need assistance with sidebar banners and stickynote conflictions

Hello, working over at reddit.com/r/bravefrontier, the yellow stickynote I'm referring too, is the yellow note above the posts where it says, "Please Use Our Daily Help and Friends Thread!" I want to try adding new sidebar banners for that subreddit, in which I'm trying to mimic reddit.com/r/lolcsstest where they have the hoverbanners with the text on them.

I already have the CSS codes, but the codes used for the stickynote and the banners conflict with each other.

For example the sidebar codes;

For the stickynote

1. **Please Use Our Daily Help and Friends Thread!**

For the Sidebar Hoverable Text Banners

>1. [*The Lunar Revel Experience*]
 2. [*A Butcher Longed Imprisoned*]

I'm pretty sure the CSS codes for both are the problem, but not quite sure.
