So earlier today I did my biggest cook that would technically be a spoon cook. I cooked 3g at one time and it went perfectly. Normally anything above 2g is on the stove or a burner. It wasn't it literally a spoon but it was the same technique. I was worried about not having enough area on the bottom to spread out the heat but, I actually decided to add some heat on the sides so it couldn't stick and stay above the water. I got a little over 2.7g as a puck but had a few pieces that I missed. Did a recook on a small piece just to make sure it didn't hold any soda or salt and it didn't. I'm proud of this cook cause it could of been really easy to lose some weight by over heating. I don't recommend doing it this way but I really didn't have the option to do it any other way at that time.

I hope everyone is having fun, be safe y'all.
