how to best fake ash legs?

I want to do ash from apex, but whats holding me back is that i got no idea how to execute the feet/legs. I can wear high heels but ponyshoes would still be a challenge (wore it before but with a staff as help). So i was thinking highheels with some optical ilusion socks to narrow the calves.
And those are kind of the only ideas i have so far. Id appreciate your ideas, tutorials and even cosplays of ash as an inspiration.
