I woke up and my xbox 360 slim wouldn't turn on. I touch the power button and the light flashes for half a second and I hear the beep noise for only a fraction of a second. I've been told I need a new power supply so I got a new one and it still doesn't work. I've checked how much it costs to get it fixed. $80 is too expensive and I heard that it'll break again within a year.

If there is a way to fix this, I'd really appreciate it if someone could tell me how.

If you know of a place that can repair an xbox 360 slim for $20 or less (I know that's probably not going to happen) in or near Colorado Springs, CO, please let me know. I really don't like the idea of having to get rid of my favorite gaming console. It looks like all the places that can repair it charge $60-80. That's insane for a previous gen console.
