Is this a normal way for sex?

Lately after talking to a few people and learning different types of sex and kinks, I think I found one that’s interesting! I’m too new and slightly naive about this so any help would be nice!

He described it as playing horsey. He wanted me to straddle him while he flipped up my skirt, letting me rest “on him” while he rocked his hips just like if I was riding a horse!
