Beginner in Concept 2, reccomendations for workouts?

I am a beginner on the concept 2 and row for about a half hour to an hour 3 to 5 times a week. ​ A gym is not an affordable option for me now and I was wondering what free resources you might recommend to someone who is looking to progress on the rowing machine as well as gain some muscle tone with minimal resources and financial investment required? I do know about the Dark Horse rowing channel on youtube. For the record I am 41 obese and not very flexible so can't do a lot of the calisthenics/bodyweight people might recommend, so please keep that in mind. Also a renter with paper thin walls and need to watch noise since have people below and every which way.
