Only half of the screen works, can I set to display only in that region?

I have a broken lcd acer laptop - Windows 10 which displays only half screen to the left side. How can I configure my display to show only half screen to the left size? Note: I already confirmed to technician that the lcd hardware is broken but only displays half of the screen but I don't have a budget for now to fix it. Please can you give me another alternative such as adjusting the the size the of screen so that I can have a full view?
