I’m planning on going into the food industry and hope to become a chef one day. I’m wondering what difference, if any would there be in going to CIA over CIM, a part of Baker College in Michigan. Everywhere I look it says that the school I go to doesn’t really matter and it’s more a matter of working my way up in the industry. If that’s the case, I’m going all in with Baker, as I have enough financial aid to support most of my education. I’m just still wondering if there is any benefit of going to CIA, and if it’s worth it to spend more and rack up a lot more debt.
