I have been reading about the egg white alternatives you can but to get some good foam on your cocktails. I always use eggwhites at the moment and get decent foam but is the alternatives out there actually any good. It does make sense to use them instead of having to crack an egg everytime when i can just add 4 drops of the liquid instead (i know first world problems)
I wanted to get your thoughts on if it is as good as egg or any cons from your experiences and what recommendations you have - I am based in Australia so if they are available to buy here even better!
