Looking for some opinions because my strategy makes me look like a toddler lol. I put a blanket in the corner of my mouth when I’ve been clenching my jaw, as it stops my front teeth from touching and removes all pressure from them. My front 2 teeth get messed up the most from coke, so removing stress from them is my top priority.
Side note - How yall feel about Tylenol PM on the comedown to sleep? I’m about to take my last bump and I’m curious if it’ll help. Also curious if doing a taper reduces comedown, slowly decreasing the amount in each line/bump til you’re at a small dose then stop.
