I want to know the statistic of random people who would do cocaine if it was offered to them randomly

Where would this study find the best honest statistic

Who would you have ask the question, and how would they look or how many people would you use

Would you need to have the product in front of the people to get an honest result

Would you use a different person to ask again if the persons answer was no the first time

I’m just stupid high and curious about how one would get an honest result for this question, because anyone could say no on a regular survey but the answer might definitely be different in a real life scenario.
