I get it, people wanna joke about it. But it's now gotten to the point that whenever I see some post about Deadmines runs that they acronymed the full name, instantly theres a several people joking about it.

"It's not called VC, it's Deadmines. Get it right noob, no one called it VC in Vanilla."

"DM? Dire Maul isn't out yet LOLOLOL"

"Why're you looking for a Dire Maul run? You're too low a level."

"Don't say DM, people in Vanilla called it VC cuz people got it mixed up with Dire Maul."

I'm in Westfall, not anywhere else. Why would a level 18 in Westfall be looking for a Dire Maul run? Not to mention it's not being introduced until P2, so why are you STILL joking about it?

Also, why complain about how someone acronyms it? People called it both in Vanilla, does it really annoy you enough that you HAVE to make a comment about someone calling it DM or VC when it should be something different?

The jokes about it were fine for the first couple days, now it's just an annoyance when someone says "LF Tank & DPS for DM/VC" and General chat (or Trade chat in major cities) gets flooded with people making the same joke about it over amd over or complaining about the way someone acronymed it.
