Faction-specific end-game gear?

Looking at the BiS slot list for feral druids, I notice that the Rune of the Guard Captain is pretty high up there in the Trinket Slot:

From looking at the list, it looks like Rune of the Guard Captain is the best possible Trinket you can get until raids if you take Mark of Tyranny over Blackhand's Breadth.

This makes me want to go Horde for my druid - are there any other similar pieces of end-game gear that can only be acquired by one faction?
