They outlasted Ameristop, some people prefer their ice cream compared to Graeter's and yet even their newest gas stations still feel kind of dumpy.
Why haven't they embraced the Bucee's/WaWa model? They're recognized as a Cincinnati staple. They could do so much more to promote local.
They could partner with CincyShirts, have a whole swag section. They could really do more to push their name and product.
They've spent a ton of money remodeling their locations that amount to basically a facelift.
But I like waiting literally 10 minutes to buy anything at a "convenience" store because the only worker is busy making milkshakes. It's great. I love the experience
