How long can must last with campden?

I have some fresh must that I've just added campden to, and I'd like to add pectinase enzyme too, but I will not get it before Monday/Tuesday. How long can I let the must sit before I pitch yeast? Can I add more campden after 24 hours to extend it's shelf life?
