Idk if anyone else wants to do this but there are so many in this sub & every chi is so cute. How about a central brag thread?

This is Caramel Marshmallow (some girls at the dog park thought she needed a last name). I’ve had her 2 years in August. Someone abandoned her in a rent house, landlord found her a month later. She was very bedraggled but otherwise healthy so they must have left food & water out or someone fed her.

My daughter has a mini dachshund & I was on the verge of buying one because I love him so much. Then this little girl was found by animal control, who happens to be friends with my daughter. They didn’t hold her or anything. My daughter went to get her, I drove 2.5 hours to pick her up. She is meticulously potty trained, a total freak when it comes to hunting squirrels & rabbits. We have a park here that plants tall native grasses (Scissortail in Oklahoma City) & I could probably just leave her there because I don’t exist once she gets in them. Since she’s so short, you just see the grass rustling & occasionally she will bound out then go back in. She’s scared of bridges though, I have to carry her across. She’s like uh, no. Not going.

She’s just a funny amazing little creature.
