I'm following the list, and calling around to several doctors who are on the list that says they're willing to do tubal ligation or hysterectomy.....
But serious question... What do I say when they answer the phone? I don't want to waste anyones time by making an appointment if they can't/won't do it.
I have a rare genetic disease that makes pregnancy difficult if not impossible and I've been trying to get this done for years, but I'm only 27 so no one is willing to do it.
When they answer, do I just say something like "hi, will you do tubal ligation/hysterectomy?" Or "I saw you on the list?"
Legitimate question. I don't know what to say. I don't know how to just get to the point. Because if this is something they're not even able or willing to do, there's no sense in making an appointment just to get disappointed again.
