Italian and Caro-kann middle game resources?

Post Body
These are my two main openings and I've hit a bit of a plateau in rapid chess (~1250 chess.com). I review my games and sometimes I'm still falling into a tactic or making a blunder, but most of the time my mistakes are extremely unclear to me (e.g., starting a pawn push instead of castling)
I'd love to find some resources to understand middle game strategy and positioning following these two openings.
