Question about Mature Metal Jailbird with Security screw

I have a MMJB with the security screw and I noticed I can wiggle the cage and the screw will come loose on its own.
Does anyone have experience with this particular cage? Any advice ?
Was considering using the Purple JB weld thread sealer to add some strength. But don’t want to proceed without advice
