Diagnosis process and symptoms ?
Post Body

Hello dear reddit peers A friend suggested this topic and im here to be educated and i hope you can all help me understand better.

For nearly a decade im sick but not diagnosed with anything. So naturally im now wondering if it could be CFS and how i can rule it out, or get it diagnosed and treated if the case.

Ngl i feel as if my docs are lost and they even openly say my bloodwork is puzzling so... Let me help for my own good lol

Back in 2015 i started to gain weight and its now been a plus of 40kg aka nearly doubling my weight. I used to exercise regularly but i gotten progressively weaker to the point even chores can leave me exhausted. Whenever i do physical activities even minor ones my head starts to hurt, like intensively. It feels like a cold has hit me and i NEED to lay down. If i push through if can turn into a migraine. So any physical activity like walking my dog (chill) or doing laundry means i have to take painkillers. My muscles will collapse too when i try to do the regular exercise im used to. Like even when just walking stairs at home my legs will become jello and i need to sit down.

I had a traumatizing childhood so when they suggested therapy i did that. But after 3years it didnt help at all in regards to my symptoms. I found out im autistic on my own and got a diagnosis, so that helped but again not w my symptoms.

I had anorexia and now atypical anorexia and have a close monotoring with a dietarian. So my food as healthy as possible while i will admit on the lower caloric side of things. But i improved BIG TIME since 2015 and regained my period etc.

I had my asthma checked out and have a new inhaler which works magic on my lungs but my asthma wasnt causing my symptoms and the inhaler doesnt make my head hurt less.

I been to basically every doctor i could think of. Aside of my inhaler i take birth control since im 16 and ibuprofens when i must. Thats it.

I been belittled and told its anxiety for years. Every doctor turned me away until i finally found one doctor who actually looked at my bloodwork. From all i been told i have a chronic undefined inflammation and we re since on the search for an explanation. CRP>60 and some other markers. A lot of disorders were ruled out. I have a chronic iron deficiency and some hematologic stuff thats off like my erythrozytes and stuff but appearantly im otherwise super healthy especially for my BMI. My heart great, my lungs great, my other bloodwork great, blood pressure optimal - longterm EKG and BP measurements confirm. Neurology found nothing, MRI was normal, Ct found nothing, ETN found nothing, gastro 2018 found nothing but im sent in for a second opinion this year. So far nothing was found out of the ordinary and its unclear where that inflammation comes from.

Even if the inflammation and hematologic stuff would be handled i been told these cant cause my issues of dizziness and exhaustion. Im not sure thats true? Cant chronic inflammation cause your body to be exhausted???

So anyway here i am asking for your expert opinion if that sounds like CFS and what i can suggest to my docs to test for. I hope im not being too selfishy or pushy. I hope you understand the frustration that comes from not being taken seriously at docs, waiting months for appointments only to be called healthy and sent away.
