Leap Frog achivement

Anyone have some tips on how to get it? I've already gottel all othe achivements, including the secret ones and apparently this one is the rarest one. In 250 hours of playing I'm yet to find a legendary frog or frog village, so if anyone has a seed that spawns with one of these I would be very thankful.
