Getting new toys for my boy

I'm looking into getting new toys for my boy as he seems to be getting tired of his usual fare. His favorite toys are foam soccer balls, things with feathers (they never stay whole, ugh) and things he feels like he can tear apart that make noise simultaneously. Since my budget these days is a little tight I am looking for reccomendations for toys that your cats may personally love, as we all know buying toys is very hit or miss. I appreciate any suggestions. Links would be preffered.
