Hey car campers. I’m currently doing field work away from home and living out of my car a few days a week.
Now that it’s fall here in Alaska, I’m waking up to find condensation has caused the tape holding up my reflectix coverings to lift and fall off, exposing me.
So far I’ve tried duct tape, shipping tape, and clear gorilla tape. The gorilla tape is working the best, but even it tends to fall off sometimes too.
I’ve searched this sub and found some alternatives that don’t require tape, but I need the extra insulation and don’t want to invest in new window coverings atm.
Does anyone have tips, such as a different kind of tape or tape-free way to hang the reflectix? Thanks for your time.
