Started asking my cousin about kayaks for me and my kids; he said I can have this canoe if I wanted it. I'm not one to say no to free, so it followed me home! The bottom needs some help; what's the best way to get this back to being water ready? It sat on the side of his house in the sun all day, and not sure about before that.
Plan is to get it water ready and do some canoeing with the kids (10 and 8) and maybe even some bass fishing at some point. Once it's water ready, I'll also be looking for paddles for basic river/lake use.
