Fiber Corp - endless issues

Howdy,
My new place is stuck on the FiberCorp network and I'm having endless issues with them. Basically the situation is, my NTD/ONP/ 'Black Box' doesn't have a signal light. I've reached out to both my ISP and fibercorp a few times and received radio silence from them.
Does anyone have any avenues I could try before going nuclear and taking it further?
