My dad has a shitty hp notebook laptop running on windows 8 and is in desperate need of an upgrade. He's looking for something that won't be used for gaming, only basic web browsing, YouTube, checking emails, that sort of thing. His current laptop works but is extremely slow, like it takes a good 30 seconds to a minute to load one page and his boot time is around 5 minutes lmao. He's looking to stay under $700 and has his mind set on building a PC rather than buying a pre built because he wants a new potential hobby. Thanks guys!!
