>**What will you be doing with this PC? Be as specific as possible, and include specific games or programs you will be using.** I would like to upgrade to a good gaming PC that could last a while without needing many expensive upgrades. This is my current PC. I usually play older (pre-2018) games, whatever my current gaming laptop allows, but would love to be able to play some of the upcoming mainstream games (like Warzone and the upcoming CoD) on Ultra if at all possible. I also intend to do some minor word processing and RStudio work for classes, though I doubt that will be an issue.
>**What is your maximum budget before rebates/shipping/taxes?** Around $1000 USD, or $1550 AUD., though I don't mind hearing out more expensive builds if they offer good value for money.
>**When do you plan on building/buying the PC? Note: beyond a week or two from today means any build you receive will be out of date when you want to buy.** Probably between 2 weeks and a month from now, given I live in an area that has slow shipping.
>**What, exactly, do you need included in the budget? (Tower/OS/monitor/keyboard/mouse/etc\)** Tower and monitor are the main concerns.
>**Which country (and state/province) will you be purchasing the parts in? If you're in US, do you have access to a Microcenter location?** I live in Western Australia, and intend to purchase the parts online as I live in a rural area.
>**If reusing any parts (including monitor(s)/keyboard/mouse/etc), what parts will you be reusing? Brands and models are appreciated.** I am unsure what parts I could use from my current laptop, though if the parts are reusable, it would be a big help.
>**Will you be overclocking? If yes, are you interested in overclocking right away, or down the line? CPU and/or GPU?** I would like to overclock later down the line, when I become more comfortable with using a PC.
>**Are there any specific features or items you want/need in the build? (ex: SSD, large amount of storage or a RAID setup, CUDA or OpenCL support, etc)** No real specific features, though an SSD would be nice if possible.
>**What type of network connectivity do you need? (Wired and/or WiFi) If WiFi is needed and you would like to find the fastest match for your wireless router, please list any specifics.** I usually use a wired connection to my mobile phone for internet, but I intend to use Ethernet when I move out of student housing.
>**Do you have any specific case preferences (Size like ITX/microATX/mid-tower/full-tower, styles, colors, window or not, LED lighting, etc), or a particular color theme preference for the components?** I do not have any specific preferences for the case.
>**Do you need a copy of Windows included in the budget? If you do need one included, do you have a preference?** I already have a PC running Windows 10, so I should be fine to transfer that over.
>**Extra info or particulars:** While I do have some understanding of PCs, I have never assembled my own or put much research into parts. Something simple to build (or even prebuilt) would be best.
