Just the Tower itself. I am planning on a two phase upgrade, with the tower being first and then a new monitor/mouse/keyboard/speakers.

I'm located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and do not have a Microcenter. But I do have ready access to a Memory Express.

Interested in overclocking, primarily CPU, but am open to overclocking GPU.

Priority with this PC will be gaming, specifically Farming Simulator 17 and 19, with some extra headroom, performance wise, for new titles that appeal to me.
