Laptop build 34gb ram 21tcl i7 10th generation with a 1tb Samsung evo ssd and 512 ssd stock running razer software and alien to overclock and improve performance. 2070 gpu. been having some issues where mid game in modern warfare, when players appear on screen, the game stutters and returns to normal op. Ping between 27 to 46, down up are around 600GBs Lan cat6 connected. I can't find anything killing usage on cpu/gpu so...any guesses?

Reallocated a decent amount of virtual memory through advanced settings and windows is in high performance mode for the graphics portion to reduce os consumption.

And I am running windows 11 dev beta but it was an issue before the release but is still new overall.

As for Temps, nothing gets over 71C° at high performance.

It's at the point where I can predict someone is around a corner and preference to kill without hearing them because it lags when crosshairs go around the enemy's area.
