Going to upgrade my CPU from Ryzen 1600 to 3600, should I upgrade ram, too?

Hi community,
I'm going to upgrade my 1600 to a 3600 allready updated my Bios to the newest version.
My Specs:
- Mainboard: Gigabyte AB350 Gaming 3 Bios version 51B
- GPU: Sapphire Radeon 5700 XT Pulse
- RAM: 16 Gigabyte G.Skill F4-3200C14-8GFX
- Monitor G-Master GB2760QSU @ 144 Hertz
- Cooler: Be Quiet! Pure Rock
- Power: be quiet! 700 Watt
The question now is if I should upgrade my RAM, too. F.e. to this G.Skill 16 GB F4-3600C15D-16GTZ.
