Switched Mobo: Worse performance at higher clocks and stuttering Netflix in Firefox?
Post Body

CPU: 2600x

Old Mobo: ASRock B450m Pro4

New Mobo: ASUS B450-I Gaming

I wanted to get a Motherboard that actually supports overclocking in a meaningful way other than increasing the multiplyer and setteled for the ASUS B450 board. I have updated Windows, Chipset drivers, GPU drivers (tried newest and last stable) and BIOS. All settings are default. Cinebench score is about 35 points lower at higher cpu clocks (4.125Ghz new vs 3.95Ghz old)

Netflix playback is stuttering in Firefox. Every two or three seconds there is a small jump in picture and sound. Its not present in Microsoft Edge. Heaven Benchmark runs smoothly.

Any Ideas how to fix this?
