Looking to upgrade mobo and processor

As the title states, that's what I'm looking to do. I mostly play online games such as overwatch, csgo, league of legends, path of exile. I stream them on occasion for my friends. I live in the US (Texas), and my budget is $500 (although I'd like to spend around $400)
I'm looking for upgrades that'll last me 2-3 years before I have to replace them again. I'm still learning about pc parts, so suggestions on which parts to get and why would be much appreciated!
