Describe your problem. List any error messages and symptoms. Be descriptive.

I've tried everything I could think of.

PC is a custom build, rated capatable but it keeps freezing/hardlocking (the screen locks up, sounds continues somtimes but it shutters every 10 seconds or so)

List anything you've done in attempt to diagnose or fix the problem.

Updated drivers on everything I could think of GPU, CPU, Mobo bios (I couldnt find any drivers for the mobo)

Tried finding some HD drivers but I dont think they exist. Unless I am supposed to do something with the hard drive i left it alone except using seatools to test it.

Tried updating with AMD all in one

Gotten several photos of monitoring services both before and after the screen locks. I recorded some using the AMD monitor tool but it is in a file I cant open.

I thought it was the memory cards, realized one of the cards were out slightly so I shutdown and unplugged the PC, reseated both memory cards.

I also reseated the GPU and changed out the thermal paste on the CPU. Used a rice sized amount on it.

Ive tried furmark on the GPU and did well for several minutes on max settings, stabilizing at 76 degrees.

Now it is getting worse, crashes within a few minutes of starting up from a cooled down state.

There is one thing Ive noticed, the CPU in the bios always seems to skyrocket in temperatures. Rises up to around 62-72 before going to black screen.

Post relevant photos of build/parts here.

Photos of starting, middle and when it froze up. Mouse becomes unresponsive on the screen.

Provide any additional details you wish below.

It is really frustrating and this really shows how inept I am, this is my first build and I thought I would be playing some good games with this by now.

Ive tried googling the problem and they tell me different solutions. Tried them all and nothing seems to be working.

Is there a list of diagnostics I could do? What each failures means and how I could fix them? I have an old PC with me, I could try swap out and use the navidia card to see if it is the GPU.

Update: discovered water damages on the bottom of mobo as well as scratches. Have not bothered looking at the damn thing as I was too excited to get the thing going.
