With holiday shopping around the corner and my pc being a bit of a mess, I was thinking of upgrading some parts. Mostly considering (in terms of priority) a newer cpu and motherboard, a new tower/case (do I need one?), higher capacity ssd, and perhaps water-cooling.

This is a gaming computer, but I don't run many graphics intensive games. I run most of my games perfectly fine without much issue. I do stream from time to time. I'm looking for long-term upgrades that'll carry me for a few years.
Any advice towards economical and compatible updates or general guidance would be much appreciated. - I live in US/Texas, if that matters.
